The Hazard Tracking And Mitigation System (HAZTAMS) intent is to provide a suitable option for greater development of hazard tracking than required by Department of Defense (DoD) and other industry standards. HAZTAMS further develops the identified hazards and mishaps by providing requirements review input fields and tracing throughout the defined system. The HAZTAMS application provides a system risk chart in order to assess, track, assign tasks, and brief program management on identified system level risk.
